To-do lists can greatly improve your focus and productivity.
Productivity hacks can help us segregate the tasks to improve productivity. It helps us keep accountability to execute tasks and manage deadlines.

Sleep & Exercise

There is no alternative for a good night’s sleep. Lack of sleep can affect productivity levels due to fatigue and poor concentration. Getting 6-8 hours of sleep every night and exercising 30-60 minutes during the day can take your productivity level off the charts. Both are obvious and overlooked.

Saying No

We are often obliged or pressured into accepting every favor being asked of us. While being helpful and creative is a good thing, it is critical to understand your priorities and how they align with your own goals.


Procrastinate Constructively

A negative view of procrastination is quite prevalent, but it can actually be a good thing if you use it at the right place and time. Boredom is natural, similarly, there are factors outside our control such as guidelines and approvals that can slow down the progress of any work. In these cases, it is best to procrastinate constructively and move on to another task.


Don’t get too attached to your work

While you do your work, make sure you do not get too attached to the outcome. Do work mindfully to engage yourself, focus on the process rather than the outcome! Oftentimes productivity doesn’t guarantee results but only completion of the task. For example – It can be amazing to work on the marketing within an hour but the activity may still not yield any result. 
Practice productivity as a lifestyle to get things done, it cannot be a method to get your goals! You just need to keep trying until you get it right…
