There is no alternative for a good night’s sleep. Lack of sleep can affect productivity levels due to fatigue and poor concentration. Getting 6-8 hours of sleep every night and exercising 30-60 minutes during the day can take your productivity level off the charts. Both are obvious and overlooked.

Don’t get too attached to your work
While you do your work, make sure you do not get too attached to the outcome. Do work mindfully to engage yourself, focus on the process rather than the outcome! Oftentimes productivity doesn’t guarantee results but only completion of the task. For example – It can be amazing to work on the marketing within an hour but the activity may still not yield any result.
Practice productivity as a lifestyle to get things done, it cannot be a method to get your goals! You just need to keep trying until you get it right…
